Description
Aerocool built a name on affordable RGB gear, and the Aerocool Cylon 4F is that philosophy applied to CPU cooling. Four 6mm copper heatpipes run in direct contact with the CPU, carrying heat up into a stack of black anodized aluminum fins.
The single 120mm fan spins between 800 and 1800 RPM depending on load, pushing up to 52.5 CFM while staying under 26 dBA even at full speed – quiet enough for a bedroom setup, strong enough for the 145W TDP ceiling this cooler is rated for. Addressable RGB runs around the fan and across the top bar, both configurable through a standard 5V ARGB header.
At 155mm tall and a footprint of just 126.5 x 76mm, the Cylon 4F fits comfortably in the vast majority of mid-tower cases without clearance issues.
Socket support covers Intel LGA115X and LGA2066, plus AMD AM4 through AM2, FM1 and FM2/FM2+ – a strong match for AM4 builds and current Intel LGA1151/1200-generation systems.
From Aerocool, for a budget build that still wants some RGB presence without stepping up to a liquid cooler, the Cylon 4F covers that ground cleanly.
